Share Apprentice Program
Our goal is to uncover your passions, and grow you into a senior leadership position with one of our companies. This means we are committed to providing the resources to expand your career so you can run projects and eventually obtain a leadership position.
Cultural fit is paramount, because we’re not looking for candidates who just want a better job. Instead, we’re on the hunt for leaders who want to grow with us.
To ensure fit, we started an Apprentice Program, which gives you a “taste” of what it’s like to work here, without having to leave your current job.
Each Apprentice participates in a trial project (4-5 hours per week) on your own schedule, to get a sense of the work and culture at Share On Purpose. This helps you assess if this is the kind of place you want to be, before joining our team full-time.
