Five Important Things You’ll Be Doing:
#1 – Managing Projects & Deliverables
There are no small jobs at Share On Purpose! Each person and task is essential to success. The Coordinator is responsible for the tactical day-to-day account work to ensure we are meeting the goals of our clients and projects. Tasks include (but are not limited to) social media strategy, content creation, distribution, analytics and reporting.
#2 – Data Analysis & Insights
Responsible for the day-to-day work of the account, the Coordinator is in a prime position to analyze results and provide feedback to the team. We are looking for someone who can think critically about data, complete analysis based on the data, then offer recommendations or insights to implement strategic shifts and improve results.
#3 – Completing Industry Research
Given the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing, it is critical for the Coordinator to be familiar with new social platforms, online tools, and social media trends. Our teams consistently strive to improve and innovate our services to provide better results for our clients.
#4 – Understanding & Implementing Project Strategy
Every campaign will have a strategy that is tied to a key metric. This is how we ensure the goals of our clients are met. Often, account needs and key metrics might shift depending on clients’ needs. To be successful, each Coordinator must understand how their tasks impact the metrics that make up the strategy, and also be able to pivot when needed to ensure we’re always capturing the attention of the target market.
#5 – Team & Client Communication
We provide our team members the flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. For this reason, effective communication is the lifeblood of our organization. We expect all team members to be available for emails, calls and meetings during regular business hours, but we often allow the flexibility to set your own schedule. When not working together face-to-face, it is critical that you are providing effective and prompt communication to all your team members and clients.
