To ensure fit, we started an Apprentice Program, which gives you a “taste” of what it’s like to work here, without having to leave your current job.
Each Apprentice participates in a trial project (4-5 hours per week) on your own schedule, to get a sense of the work and culture at Share On Purpose. This helps you assess if this is the kind of place you want to be, before joining our team full-time.
