Position Summary:

Five Important Things You’ll Be Doing:
#1 – Solve Problems
Effective Managers understand and internalize the client’s problem and focus the team on solutions that solve business challenges. This includes the management of KPIs, tasks, and due dates. They are driven by the need to solve problems. The Manager also oversees the analysis of weekly and monthly data to ensure the project delivers an ROI for the client.
#2 – Build Relationships with Clients and Communicate Effectively
Building effective relationships is a key skill for successful Managers, and the ability to communicate effectively is paramount. The Manager is the central point of contact with the client’s team and should be a powerful relationship manager and communicator. Our best Managers become part of the client’s team and are an integral part of their operation.
#3 – Manage Risks and Expectations
The Manager must ensure expectations are set and managed throughout the life of the engagement, and risks must be managed effectively. In addition, the Manager ensures clients and team members are communicating effectively to mitigate challenges. Furthermore, great Managers understand how to uncover risks early and manage them appropriately. Recommendations for course corrections are required to ensure we deliver a successful engagement.
#4 – Oversee Marketing Strategy Creation and Delivery
Although engagements are similar, the strategies used to solve client problems vary from project to project. If you consider yourself strategic, like to define problems clearly, and love to debate solutions, then you will enjoy this role. Each of our brands is a leader in its market because our teams are strategic and results driven. We expect Managers to be the cream of the crop.
#5 – Lead Marketing Delivery Team
Managers are gifted leaders and motivate their teams to create, understand and deliver a strategy to ensure a rapid return on investment for clients. Your team members are responsible for assigned deliverables and the Manager must ensure team members understand the strategy, as well as their individual role in achieving it. The Manager must be a TEAM BUILDER – a motivational leader who others enjoy working for. You must lead with passion, enthusiasm, dedication, and most importantly, lead by example.

Five Important Things You’ll Be Doing:
#1 – Get Stuff Done!
There are no small jobs at Share On Purpose. Each person and task is essential to success. A Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day work that ensures we are meeting each client’s goals. These tasks include, but are not limited to, social media strategy, content creation, distribution, analytics and reporting.
#2 – Create, Design & Analyze
The Engagement Coordinator is the creative lead on the team. They’ll write copy for social media, create graphics, and develop campaigns. They’re also in a prime position to analyze results and provide feedback to the team. We are looking for someone who is creative, but can also think critically about the results they get and provide insights to implement strategic shifts that will improve results.
#3 – Listen and Understand Direction (and the Client’s Needs)
Active listening skills are paramount. Keep your eye on the need! It’s simple to get distracted and end up executing tasks that don’t add value. The key to our success is truly understanding the needs of our clients so that we can determine and deploy the best strategies for success. We want to get the RIGHT stuff done and not get bogged down in busy work.
#4 – Understand the Strategy
Each strategy is tied to a metric that lets us know that we’re achieving our goals. To truly be successful, each Engagement Coordinator must understand how their tasks impact the metrics that make up the strategy. Strategy isn’t a fluffy part of the project, it IS the project.
#5 – Communicate with Your Team
We meet virtually with the flexibility to work remotely. For this reason, effective communication is the lifeblood of our organization. We expect everyone to be available for calls and clients during business hours, but we do offer the flexibility to set your own schedule. When not together in person, it is critical that you are providing effective and prompt communication with your team.
