Position Summary:
- Own and lead social media and email campaigns from content planning and strategy, graphic creation, copywriting, and engagement.

Five Important Things You’ll Be Doing:
#1 – Get things done!
Own and lead social media and email campaigns from content planning and strategy, graphic creation, copywriting, and engagement. Brainstorm, execute and manage campaigns with professionalism and passion that transforms the relationship with the client through results driven execution excellence.
#2 – Data, Analysis, Insights
What works to get better results from social media. Analyze how initiatives are performing, ascertain the impact of what’s being implemented, research new strategies to improve results. Be curious, test and monitor, understand current trends and TAKE ACTION on what you find.
#3 – Details Matter
Manage content distribution to align with editorial strategies, manage target distribution, share Bit.ly links, and all of the other details that drive excellence.
#4 – Communicate with Your Team and Your Clients
We meet virtually with the flexibility of working remotely. For this reason, effective communication is the lifeblood of our organization. Own communication by managing feedback, approvals, and requests in a proactive manner with a demonstrated sense of urgency, ensuring deliverables are completed on time with all requirements clearly outlined and evident in the final product.
#5 – Organization
Our team members are empowered to make a difference, with this comes accountability. Organization is imperative with appropriate use of reports, DropBox, scheduling, ClickUp, and other administrative imperatives to keep initiatives flowing smoothly.

Engagement Manager | Marketing
Position Summary:

Five Important Things You’ll Be Doing:
#1 – Solve Problems
Effective Managers understand and internalize the client’s problem and focus the team on solutions that solve business challenges. This includes the management of KPIs, tasks, and due dates. They are driven by the need to solve problems. The Manager also oversees the analysis of weekly and monthly data to ensure the project delivers an ROI for the client.
#2 – Build Relationships with Clients and Communicate Effectively
Building effective relationships is a key skill for successful Managers, and the ability to communicate effectively is paramount. The Manager is the central point of contact with the client’s team and should be a powerful relationship manager and communicator. Our best Managers become part of the client’s team and are an integral part of their operation.
#3 – Manage Risks and Expectations
The Manager must ensure expectations are set and managed throughout the life of the engagement, and risks must be managed effectively. In addition, the Manager ensures clients and team members are communicating effectively to mitigate challenges. Furthermore, great Managers understand how to uncover risks early and manage them appropriately. Recommendations for course corrections are required to ensure we deliver a successful engagement.
#4 – Oversee Marketing Strategy Creation and Delivery
Although engagements are similar, the strategies used to solve client problems vary from project to project. If you consider yourself strategic, like to define problems clearly, and love to debate solutions, then you will enjoy this role. Each of our brands is a leader in its market because our teams are strategic and results driven. We expect Managers to be the cream of the crop.
#5 – Lead Marketing Delivery Team
Managers are gifted leaders and motivate their teams to create, understand and deliver a strategy to ensure a rapid return on investment for clients. Your team members are responsible for assigned deliverables and the Manager must ensure team members understand the strategy, as well as their individual role in achieving it. The Manager must be a TEAM BUILDER – a motivational leader who others enjoy working for. You must lead with passion, enthusiasm, dedication, and most importantly, lead by example.
